AROSITA GALLERY

Arosita Gallery, opened in March 1990, is the leading art gallery for contemporary art in Sofia, Bulgaria.

Located in the city center the gallery includes two exhibition spaces plus office space.

Since it opened in 1990, Arosita Gallery has presented exhibitions of more than 240 contemporary artists, showing a wide range of works, /painting, video, sculpture and installation art/ from emerging to the most prominent contemporary art names.

The gallery also provides educational art programs and supports different experimental art projects.

Arosita Gallery gained an international reputation for excellence, working with a wide range of international artists, art groups and curators.

Since 2007, every two years the gallery also organizes international festival for contemporary glass. The festival takes place every two years in Sofia.

In 2013 Arosita Gallery addressed the public by creating a new street space for contemporary art- Stick Place.
